  • Description

  • Notes

The golden yellow color of new foliage is characteristic of this variety. Its leaves turn green when they mature, then turning yellow in fall when getting ready to drop. This thornless and seedless tree can reach 40'-50' tall. It prefers full sun and has low watering needs once it's established. Roots can be invasive so do not use as street trees. 'Sunburst' provides filtered shade and is very attractive.
Planting Instructions: 1. Dig a hole 2 times the width and 1 and 1/2 times the height of the container. 2. Set rootball just above ground level. 3. Mix soil with 25% amendment and %75 soil. 4. Backfill with amended soil. 5. Build basin and water.
