  • Description

  • Notes

A charming fern, this plant bears glossy, dark green, slightly hairy fronds which form symmetrical rosettes. Overall growth reaches a size of 30" tall and 3' wide. The old fronds lay flat on the ground when the new fronds, pushing out from the crown, form a narrow circle of bronzy tomentose leaves with pendant tips. One of the most formal ferns, this plant does well in containers and is also very nice when used with early blooming azaleas. -Monterey Bay Nursery
Planting Instructions: 1. Dig a hole 2 times the width and 1 and 1/2 times the height of the container. 2. Set rootball just above ground level. 3. Mix soil with 25% amendment and %75 soil. 4. Backfill with amended soil. 5. Build basin and water.
