Description

This slow-growing plant is the hardiest of all tree ferns. Its fronds, 3'-6' long, are also dark green in color. It should receive part sun, and average watering, although the plants will take relatively dry conditions when established. -Monterey Bay Nursery

Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
