Description

This South African native has bold, strap-like leaves in clumps 2-3" wide in the fall and winter. Leaves fade away in late spring and summer. Clusters of trumpet-shaped rosy/pink or white flowers blossom on top of bare stalks that are 3' tall in summer. It looks a bit odd with no foliage! It is long lived and drought tolerant.
