This fast, dense, rounded deciduous shrub reaches an overall size of 4-6' tall, bearing broad, thin, lobed leaves that are light underneath. In the summer and early fall, long, conical clusters of sterile white flowers mixed with tiny fertile flowers
appear. Because it bloom on its old wood, the plant should not be pruned until after flowering. Its leaves turn a dark bronzy purple during the fall. The plant should receive sun to part shade, with average to little summer watirng. -Monterey Bay Nursery

Botanical name:Cedrus deodara
This fast-growing, coniferous evergreen is capable of reaching a size of 80' high by 40' wide. Its needles are a light, silvery green color, 2" long. Flowers are inconspicuous. Barrel shaped cones appear in fall and winter. Branches are pendulous and spreadings. Plant in area that has ample room for growth.

Botanical name:Acer palmatum
This magnificient plant can used as a small tree or shrub. It is deciduous with graceful leaves which have a scarlet color in spring as it leafs out. Leaves later turn orange or yellow in fall. It is slow growing to 20', and requires shelter from the hot sun. The leaves of this tree are small, light green in color, and deeply lobed.
