THE CITY OF LODI PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF STORMWATER WITHIN THE CITY INCLUDING FLOOD CONTROL, WATER QUALITY CONTROL, SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND PUBLIC EDUCATION.
